Timp de trei zile, orașul lui Padre Pio a îmbrăcat haine de sărbătoare, sub bagheta maestrului și omul de cultură Benito Ripoli. Evenimentele s-au desfășurat pe trei scene diferite, oferind publicului momente memorabile din viața culturală a orașului.
Prima seară a avut loc la Teatrul din San Giovanni Rotondo, unde eleganța și rafinamentul au fost la ele acasă. Aici s-au acordat premiile de excelență celor care au contribuit semnificativ la promovarea imaginii orașului. Zece personalități au fost premiate sub semnătura conducerii din Puglia și a Consiliului Local din San Giovanni Rotondo. Personalități din lumea culturală și științifică au fost emoționate de atenția acordată într-o sală arhiplină.
Printre laureați s-a numărat și autorul articolului, care, ca cetățean de onoare al orașului, a primit premiul pentru literatură al San Giovanni Rotondo. Momentele de premiere au fost intercalate cu spectacole muzicale, evidențiind talentul și profesionalismul lui Benito Ripoli, recunoscut și prin titlul de Cavaler al Culturii Mondiale, acordat de IGF. Vizibil emoționat, Benito a precizat că evenimentul marchează „finalul unei istorii și continuarea unei iubiri neterminate”.
Zilele următoare au continuat cu aceeași atmosferă de sărbătoare, prin evoluțiile unor invitați de excepție: orchestra de mandoline, ansamblul local din San Giovanni Rotondo, trupa Little Tony din Roma, dar și ansamblul sicilian Caridi, condus de Tobia Rinaldo. Momentul culminant l-a reprezentat însă apariția formidabilei orchestre GARGANEZII, condusă de Antonio Ripoli, fiul lui Benito, semn că talentul se transmite din generație în generație.
Publicul a fost impresionat și de momentele de muzică cultă susținute de mari artiști ai genului: Dario Sebastiani, Marialuigia Martino și Constantino, aplaudând frenetic intervențiile scenice ale sărbătoritului, demonstrând astfel aprecierea și respectul pentru omul și artistul Benito Ripoli.

ELEGANCE, COLOR, AND RHYTHM IN SAN GIOVANNI ROTONDO, ITALY
For three days, the city of Padre Pio dressed in festive attire under the direction of the master and cultural figure Benito Ripoli. The events took place on three different stages, offering the public memorable moments from the city’s cultural life.
The first evening was held at the San Giovanni Rotondo Theater, where elegance and refinement were on full display. Here, excellence awards were presented to those who made significant contributions to promoting the city’s image. Ten personalities were honored under the endorsement of the Puglia authorities and the San Giovanni Rotondo Local Council. Cultural and scientific figures were moved by the attention received in a packed hall.
Among the laureates was the article’s author, who, as an honorary citizen of the city, received the San Giovanni Rotondo Literature Award. The award moments were interspersed with musical performances, highlighting the talent and professionalism of Benito Ripoli, also recognized with the title of Knight of World Culture by IGF. Visibly emotional, Benito noted that the event marked “the end of one story and the continuation of an endless love.”
The following days continued with the same festive atmosphere, featuring exceptional guests: the mandolin orchestra, the local San Giovanni Rotondo ensemble, the Little Tony group from Rome, and the Sicilian Caridi ensemble led by Tobia Rinaldo. The highlight was the performance of the formidable GARGANEZII orchestra, led by Antonio Ripoli, Benito’s son, proving that talent runs in the family.
The audience was also impressed by classical music moments performed by renowned artists: Dario Sebastiani, Marialuigia Martino, and Constantino, who received frenzied applause for their stage performances, demonstrating the appreciation and respect for the man and artist Benito Ripoli.
